Directions For Use:
- Acute cystitis/cysto-pyelitis: Begin with 10 drops hourly in water, then every 2 hours
- After improvement: 10-15 drops 3-4 times daily
- Chronic conditions: 10-15 drops 2-3 times daily before meals until symptoms resolve
- Bladder irritation: 10-15 drops once or twice daily

Mode of Action:
- Berberis: Relieves renal/sacral pain worsened by pressure; numbness; water-like skin sensations
- Cantharis: Addresses dull kidney pain, burning urination, bloody/glairy urine, cystitis
- Equisetum: Similar to Cantharis but with silicic acid; reduces bladder tenesmus, enuresis; eliminates painful uric acid
- Eupatorium: Specifically for bladder irritation – frequent, painful urination with abnormal urine
- Dulcamara: Treats bladder irritation, painful urination, paralyzed bladder (worse in damp weather); smelly urine
Remarks:
- For kidney stones: Add R-27 (10-15 drops twice daily)
- For prostatitis: Alternate R-18 with R-25
- For kidney diseases: Add R-64 for albuminuria/nephritis
